This compact, high-capacity unit easily mounts between the seats to back walls in most Class 6-8 conventional cabs. It can also be front-dash mounted in some Class 6 and 7 vehicles where a flat space permits.
The RedDot R-7830 Backwall Evaporator was designed to provide maximum cooling with a minimum of maintenance. The welded steel construction uses only nut plates and is void of troublesome sheet metal screws. Its unique design, which provides access to any component in minutes, is a fleet’s dream and breath of fresh air to owner operators, tired of bruised knuckles under the dash. A backwall/floor support kit option is available for added reinforcement.
