If you find that the item/s you have ordered are unsuitable for your needs then you may return them. We offer a 7 day return policy, please send the below form with your item/s to us so we can process the refund. Please note that carriage charges are non-refundable. All shipping prices exclude VAT.
Items returned un-used, un-damaged, un-fitted and in original packaging can be refunded in full. We reserve the right however to refuse a full refund if the item shows evidence of tampering or installation. In all cases the purchaser shall be responsible for costs relating to return postage of correctly supplied goods unless prior agreed otherwise.
Damaged/faulty goods must be returned first for inspection before a replacement/refund will be offered.
Please note: Special order items will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge and certain items such as ECUs and control units may not be returnable.

Please note: Products will not be accepted for credit unless fully complete and suitable for re-sale. Any items rejected for credit will be notified in writing and disposed of if not collected within 14 days.
- If damaged please take photographs of damaged item; including packaging.
- Failure to complete any of the above sections may cause delays in processing and ultimately may lead to the return of the goods to you.
- Please note that items returned for credit may also be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
- Goods Return Forms are valid for a period of 28 days from date of issue. Any returns accompanied with an out of date Goods Return Form will be invalid and the product returned.
If a product arrives without documentation, it is held in a designated location for 14 days and disposed of.
