Delivery & Terms
Our site terms and policies are as follows;
Delivery of items to the EU after 1st January 2021.
We can offer international delivery to select locations via Parcel Force Delivery Duty Unpaid – you will be liable for all import duties and taxes. The buyer is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses for importing the goods and paying all relevant taxes, duties, and inspection costs. All risks involved in this process are borne by the buyer. Once the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer, all further transportation costs and risks fall on the buyer.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
We aim to deliver most in stock items the working next day (subject to stock levels and availabilty). Some smaller items may be dispatched through first class post. Although the vast majority of deliveries will arrive on the next working day, please note that this service is NOT guaranteed and does not include Saturday & Sunday. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day on a next day service, again subject to stock levels.
Please note: Items ordered via DPD that are not deliverable due to customer error and returned automatically to PB Auto Electrics will be subject to a return handling charge of £8.50 exc VAT plus the orginal delivery charge.
DPD – Predict & Follow My Parcel
DPD Local is the most innovative parcel carrier around. Thanks to their industry-leading Predict service, we can provide parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so you don’t have to wait in all day.
What’s more, it enables receivers to watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute timeslot. Watch the short film below.
As well as keeping customers informed at every stage of the journey, we believe in maximising choice and convenience. That’s why we provide access to a suite of options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing customers to take delivery of their goods in a way that suits. If you wish to reschedule, you can:
- Select an alternative delivery date
- Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
- Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
- Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop
- Upgrade delivery to By 12
Our INCLUDING DELIVERY option excludes Scottish Highlands & Islands and some parts of the Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Ireland and Isle of Wight and international locations (please call 01623 659311 for a quote) and is subject to stock and availability.

If you find that the item/s you have ordered are unsuitable for your needs then you may return them. We offer a 7 day return policy, please send the goods return form with your item/s to us so we can process the return. Please note that carriage charges are non-refundable. All shipping prices exclude VAT.
Items returned un-used, un-damaged, un-fitted and in original packaging can be refunded in full. We reserve the right however to refuse a full refund if the item shows evidence of tampering or installation. In all cases the purchaser shall be responsible for costs relating to return postage of correctly supplied goods unless prior agreed otherwise.
Damaged/faulty goods must be returned first for inspection before a replacement/refund will be offered.
Please note: Special order items will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge and certain items such as ECUs and control units may not be returnable. We will notify you of this upon receiving your order.
