Click & Collect
We provide a Click & Collect service for safe contactless pick up at our store.
Our store will be open from 9am-3pm Mon-Friday only. When collecting your item from store, please respect the strict social distancing measures we’ve put in place for the safety of both our customers and staff. Please do not come to the store unless you have received a call or email to let you know your item is ready for collection.

Home Deliveries
We are currently processing online orders as normal. We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure that orders are fulfilled and dispatched as quickly and safely as possible, but please bear in mind that we are inevitably experiencing some disruption within our supply and distribution network. Thank you for your patience at this unpredictable time. Please contact us to check stock and availability for urgent items.

Reduced Working Hours From 3rd April

In order to continue to support all our customers, trade and retail, we have decided to change our sales working hours at the office to between 8:00am and 3:00pm Monday through to Friday. This will allow us to process orders placed via phone, email, web or in person, then sent by carrier or collected from our works. Any phone calls or emails received after 3pm will be answered up to 5pm, via our sales staff operating from home contactable on our normal sales phone number and emails.

Next Day Services

Please note, we cannot guarantee our next day shipping services due to the continued disruption within the supply and delivery networks. We will advise you asap where possible, on any severe delays.

Following the latest UK Government update, PB Auto Electrics has increased measures to ensure continuity of business and to protect the health of its employees. We are committed to providing employees with safe work environments so that our staff can continue to supply, service and support our customers. In line with UK Government advice, we have implemented, and are practicing, social distancing and where possible, staff are working remotely.
